By accessing or using 144 Archetypes (the "Site") at 144archetypes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About the Service

144 Archetypes provides a personality assessment that combines cognitive type (based on Jungian theory and the Myers-Briggs framework) with Enneagram core motivations to generate one of 144 distinct archetype profiles.

The Site offers both free and premium content. Premium content is accessible through a one-time purchase.

Purchases and Payment

• All purchases are processed by FastSpring (fastspring.com), our merchant of record. FastSpring handles all billing, payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.
• The premium report is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to all premium content on the Site, accessible by signing in with the email address used at checkout.
• "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Site remains operational.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by FastSpring.

Refund Policy

Because the premium report is a digital product with instant access upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund.

Account Access

• Access to premium content requires signing in with the email address associated with your purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. We cannot transfer purchases to a different email address.
• You may not share, resell, or distribute your account access or premium content.

Assessment Disclaimer

The personality assessment and archetype profiles provided by 144 Archetypes are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not psychological evaluations, clinical diagnoses, or professional advice.

• The assessment is based on self-reported responses and provides one interpretation of personality patterns.
• Results should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or career counseling.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of your results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, designs, archetype profiles, assessment questions, and code) is the property of Presetpro Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission.

You may share your personal results URL with others for non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access premium content without a valid purchase
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Site
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presetpro Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to decisions made based on assessment results.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.

Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
